This state is known as the Blue Grass state and its main claims to fame are the worldwide phenomenon known as the Kentucky Derby horse race and the bourbon whisky that is made here. Along with that the state is close to Tennessee to the south so fans of country music can make it the Nashville for things like fan fair and the Grand Ole Opry. And if professional sports are of interest, the Tennessee Titans are also in Nashville.
For people who enjoy games of chance, the Native American Indian casinos on the rivers in the northern part of the state offer some diversions as well,
The largest cities in the state of Kentucky are Louisville, Lexington and the city of Owensboro which is where the majority of the industry in the state is located.
When looking at Kentucky foreclosure listing of varies in the amount of time it takes to complete and requires that a suit be filed by the lender, in the circuit court for the district in which the property is located, to obtain a judgment of foreclosure.
There must be a notice filed which contains the balance due on the mortgage and this must be published for three consecutive weeks. The property must also be fully appraised and if the sale value is less than two thirds of the appraised value then the borrower will have one year in which to redeem the property by paying the sale price plus interest.
